We keep it simple. We only collect what we need to plan your snack session or chef onboarding, and we never sell your data.

What We Collect

  • Customers: name, mobile number, city and locality, snack preferences, quantity, preferred date and time, and any notes you add (such as dietary needs).
  • Chefs: name, mobile number, areas you can work in, experience, specialities and availability.
  • Messages: anything you send us on WhatsApp or through the contact form.

Why We Collect It

  • To reply to your enquiry and plan your session.
  • To check chef availability and confirm bookings.
  • To send booking reminders, updates and a feedback request after your session.
  • To onboard and verify chefs.

WhatsApp Messages

By ticking the consent box, you agree that we may contact you on WhatsApp and phone about your enquiry or booking. We won't send promotional messages unless you've asked for them. You can reply "STOP" at any time to opt out.

Where It's Stored

When you submit a form, your details are saved securely in SnackED's private Google account (Google Sheets), and any WhatsApp messages stay in our WhatsApp Business account. Only the SnackED team can access them. We share only what's necessary with your assigned chef (for example, your first name, locality and session details).

Your Choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 83685 75037 or emailing hellosnacked@gmail.com.

This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may remember the snacks you added to your enquiry on this device, and you can clear this at any time.
